Repeated intro

Hello everyone,

What changed

9 fixes0 additions4 changes0 removals
  • Performance
  • Fixes
  • Events
  • Balance
  • Compatibility
changedOne topic that is still being reported to us is potential crashes. We continue to investigate these reports. On PC, however, we would like to point out once again that crashes can often also be caused by incompatible mods from the Steam Workshop. Please check whenever possible whether an issue also occurs without active Workshop content. Unfortunately, we cannot fully prevent issues caused by mods.
fixedAnother recent focus has been the behavior of AI vehicles. We took another closer look at several reported traffic situations and have already fixed various issues.
fixedFixed: A pole at a temporary bus stop was placed incorrectly
fixedFixed: An AI bus could not turn around
fixedFixed: AI vehicles turning right failed to yield properly
fixedFixed: AI vehicles could not pass an event

On PC, however, we would like to point out once again that crashes can often also be caused by incompatible mods from the Steam Workshop. Another recent focus has been the behavior of AI vehicles. We took another closer look at several reported traffic situations and have already fixed various issues.

For the next update, the following points have been implemented, among others:

  • Fixed: A pole at a temporary bus stop was placed incorrectly

  • Fixed: An AI bus could not turn around

  • Fixed: AI vehicles turning right failed to yield properly

  • Fixed: AI vehicles could not pass an event

  • Fixed: Markings overlapped with other elements

  • Fixed: AI buses swung out too far and drove into oncoming traffic

  • Fixed: AI vehicles turning left blocked each other

  • Fixed: The achievement for 50 buses was not triggered correctly

For Update 1.1, we are also currently working on customizable logos, custom liveries and parts for buses, as well as the rebalancing of the Economy Mode. This includes adjustments to income, expenses and other factors that are part of the Economy Mode.

The upcoming Update 1.1, which we also refer to as the Economy Mode Update, will soon first be moved into the Closed Beta and then into the Public Beta before becoming available to everyone on all platforms later on. As usual, we will keep you informed about the next steps.

At the same time, we are continuing to work on bug fixes, level art fixes and performance optimizations for The Bus.
