The Bold Bogey changes
Steam Next Fest was a blast and I got a ton of great feedback from players. I incorporated a lot of that feedback into this patch, and it’s a juicer. This should be the last patch for the demo so that I can continue to work on the rest of the game. Thank you to anyone who checked out the demo, and I hope to see you again when the full thing launches. Patch Notes:
Added Journal
You can open the journal at any time to access the Codex, Upgrades, and Warp menus.
Codex will track the number of batteries in an area as well as how many you’ve collected. It will even update based on new powers you acquire.
Upgrades can be unlocked at any point, have had their costs adjusted, and contain separate tutorial levels after unlocking them.
The Warp menu will allow you to warp to any side level you’ve already been to, as well as the main Hub world.
Portals now tell you the name of the level as well as have a checkmark if you’ve already beaten them.
The Guideline is now more accurate and will show an X based on where you’re going to hit. It still needs a bit of work but is significantly more helpful now.
Main Tutorial has been updated and streamlined.
A Respawn Point icon is now displayed when far enough away from your respawn point.
Removed a side level that was previously in the tutorial area.
