Finding the next episode

A couple of players have asked about this, so to make it clear: there are two ways to move between episodes.

At the end of each episode, the call-to-action screen has a Next Episode button.
From the title screen, the Episodes button opens the full episode list, where you can start or replay any available episode.

When you start an episode from the Episodes screen, it continues from your latest completed run of the previous episode, so your leadership style and choices carry over.
