changedLinux - Improved Launcher

changedLinux - Updated Libraries and DOSBox build

fixedMac - Fixed game not having a default sound setup.

changedMac - Upgraded to Boxer 2.0 engine. This is a huge change and you will need to rename the save file which the old version of Boxer was using. Go into /Users/Your Name/Library/Application Support/Boxer/Gamebox States/, find the folder called '58BE4FCB-B698-4D53-96C4-C819FF8B89DC' and rename it to 'TM Under a Killing Moon'. Apologies for the inconvenience. This will not happen again but it is necessary in order to provide future updates.
