Terror of the Seven Seas changes
Rebalanced some of the skills.
Rebalanced reload speed stacking (No more machine guns)
Fixed multiple issues with stats and equipment calculations in the stats/equipment screen while in dockyard.
Equipment stats are now correctly applied when game is loaded from save game.
Equipment flotsams should no longer spawn as empty
Ships turn rate is now affected by sail condition.
Skill bar is now hidden when spy glass is used.
Reduced crew damage of barshot and cannonball since it was making scattershot redudant.
Fixed rebinding of movement keys and contextual arrow keys.
Rearranged the orders of the key bindings to be more grouped together and logical
