changedCenturies of misuse and neglect have transformed our home world into a blistered ruin. In desperation, the dwindling resources of all mankind are pooled together one last time. Three terraforming ships set forth towards Mars, the ancient deity of War, of blood. Of our final hope. As they begin their approach to the red planet a blinding light erupts from behind the moon Deimos, and the last chance for the human race plummets to the arms of the awaiting God. Beware: someone, something brought those ships down. You will create a complete atmosphere, hydrosphere, and a complex biosphere - step by agonizing step - as you fight to stave off the cold, the hunger, and the loneliness of a world that will kill you without a thought, with no one to hear you scream.
changedFixesAliens - Rendering aliens after world wrap. - Alien AI is slightly better. - Aliens will avoid jumping over one another - Aliens will avoid jumping on top of the player - Aliens will try to take an alternate path to the player, if any obstruction is in the way, - Aliens no longer deal each other damage. - Aliens will die if exposed to extreme temperatures Temperature - The conversion from internal units to actual temperatures has been changed - This change allows for a wider temperature range - And allows for more accurate state changes, - Example: Basalt to lava now takes place at 700c Door placement orientation Heating - Interior heating is slower and consumes less fuel - Inaccurate temperature readings after a players movement in interior places Battery - Battery capacity is doubled - But degradation is based on power use - So, both the light and heater will consume battery - But, if you turn off the light, battery degrading will slow - The battery degrading w/o the light on equals old degrading - So keep the light turned off as much as possible. Evaporation uses different logic - Inverse pressure times inverse humidity times temperature gives the likelihood of any 'sun lit' water block to evaporate. Rain uses different logic - Pressure times humidity gives the likelihood of any cloud block to rain. - There is a low and high water mark for clouds - Once the high water mark is reached, it will start to rain - Once raining, once the low water mark is reached, raining will stop Some small performance improvements
