Tiny bit of content to help people who get stuck looking for Strabo's missing aircraft, and a handful of minor bugfixes.
Content
New Action:
Decrypt VTOL Data action in Astrape admin (once you know to look for it)
Alt Notes:
Various points in Tasks > Strabo VTOL when you've completed Decrypt VTOL Data
Alt Logs:
See unexpected storm arriving while in a shelter
Find Talos-Astrape Tunnel, Review Rover's Data and Investigate Coordinates after Decrypt VTOL Data
Reworded:
Take Transceiver description and log to explain the machines will be paused
Read Traffic Control Logs and PDA Note to more directly hint to Astrape
Bugfixes
Save migration to fix saves from pre-v0.5.1 having Other Buildings +35/s instead of -35/s until you loop
Partial repeated save migration to catch saves which hadn't had food synths and Talos power discovered
Food synth events update the UI after pausing at the end of a cycle because they're full
Timed events load their effectors properly (e.g. tram boost)
Timed events can't be triggered while the game is loading (stops synth drains sometimes being added on loop)
You can drive back to the Crashed VTOL after leaving it
Slightly widened action tool tips to prevent flickering between wrapping text and not
Combined actions which are removed will trigger nested actions to release their sub actions
