Build Solar Panel Mount first time having not/inspected solar panels at Talos/Laurion
Inspect Laurion Admin/Mining Door after learning about power (by running low on rover power)
Tweaked wording of hidden area logs to say nothing of importance/interest was damaged when you entered
Balance
Altered Laurion mining wing auto close time 10s -> 15s
Bugfixes
Reverted to use OS decimal separators instead of forcing commas
Crash if you hack 2 doors in Strabo
Crash if you destroyed something which shouldn't be destroyed
Reentering a hidden area doesn't re-trigger the event which happens when you first enter
Combined actions to Collect Crates and Install Solar Panels at Laurion are hidden if you manually do their main sub action
Rover out of power logs will only show at correct times now
Corrected condition on log for looping after getting a powerful item, placing it, picking it back up then looping
Actions to force doors at Strabo hide once you've done everything in that room
Actions can no longer be started if they're already "queued" as part of a combined action (prevents accidentally interrupting/breaking it)
Pseudo-random events (Strabo hazards) correctly save state at all times
Action at Strabo is hidden once you no longer have use for it
