addedThis weekend's update brings most changed to UI, in particular a new Loadout menu replacing the earlier Heir and Gambits menu. The menu is intended to better show the consequences of gambit selection to the evacuation, as well as demonstrate exactly the Heirs' conditions. In general, it should be easier and more intuitive to navigate heirs and gambit selection with both mouse and keyboard/gamepad.
addedThe camera movement (with controller thumbsticks) adds a zoom to the movement as well at the extremities, which lets the more curious players check in on the frontlines. While sorting this out, several camera inconsistencies were also ironed out.
addedAs usual, if you run into any issues with continuing a campaign in progress from an old save, simply starting a new campaign should fix the issue. This generally works for most campaign related issues.
added[ CONTROLS ] - Add zoom to free camera movement - Fix controller free camera movement on dropship
changed[ GAMEPLAY ] - Waves are less likely to have a Heavy, every wave always has Grunts - Heir Condition now affects the only the Heir (fire rate, damage, and range) - Replaced "Heir Increased Damage" Drop In reward with "Refreshing Heir Condition" - Launch Shuttles will ignite the lanes as soon as they launch - Fix Controlled Breach gambit, shield will properly count as a second chance
added[ HUD AND MENUS ] - Redesigned LoadOut Selection menus - New city and mission introduction during intro sequence - Game Summary better indicates how many Gambits are available to be unlocked - Fix Game Summary awareness of the tutorial and demo - Fix Situation Table showing Terra after closing a city - Fix Codex UI shrinking too small when trying to fit on screen - Fix a case where Terra hologram is stuck open when rapidly changing menus - Fix a case where Situation Table cities are ready too soon, causing camera glitches with mouse
