Guidelines for Maintaining a Safe Environment in Teravit

Hi everyone. This is the Teravit Operations Team.

To maintain an environment where all Player can play, create, and interact with peace of mind in Teravit, we are introducing the new "Guidelines for Maintaining a Safe Environment in Teravit"

Until now in Teravit, we have addressed inappropriate behavior and content based on our Terms of Use and operational policies.

We also previously announced separate guidelines for content related to World.

However, beyond World creation, Teravit features a wide variety of user-generated and submitted content, including Chat, Comment, Voice Chat, Skins creation, and expression through Block.

Therefore, we have reorganized our response policies into a comprehensive set of guidelines that covers not only World but also all speech, posts, creations, publications, sales, and sharing within Teravit.

Purpose of the Guidelines

Teravit is a service where you can not only play games but also freely create World, Skins, and more to share with other Player.

This freedom of creation and interaction is built upon an environment where all Player can enjoy themselves safely.

These guidelines are not solely intended to punish Player who commit violations. Their purpose is also to help many Player, especially minors, understand what to look out for to protect themselves and others online, ensuring they can enjoy Teravit safely.

On the other hand, for actions that severely disrupt a safe and secure environment—such as harming other Player, misusing personal information, sexual solicitation, fraud, illicit activities, or impersonating operations staff or other Player—we may take strict measures even for a first offense.

Scope of the Guidelines

These guidelines apply to any content created, posted, spoken, published, sold, shared, or displayed by users within Teravit.

The scope mainly includes the following:

• Names such as User Name, World Name, and tags

• Description such as profiles, World Description, and Skins Description

• Text communication such as Chat and Comment

• Voice communication such as Voice Chat

• Images such as Thumbnail and Icon

• The Appearance of user-created Skins and more

• Creations such as Block, architecture, signboards, Placed Item, and Event contents

• Other items created, posted, or shared by users within Teravit

We review the actual content conveyed to other Player, regardless of where it is displayed.

For example, the same inappropriate language will be subject to moderation whether it is written in Chat, used in a World Name, or expressed using Block.

Main Prohibited Actions

These guidelines mainly prohibit the following actions:

• Posting personal information such as real names, addresses, Phone Number, school names, facial photos, or SNS IDs

• Asking other Player for their personal information

• Harming other Player through abusive language, insults, instigation, harassment, bullying, or threats

• Discriminatory remarks regarding race, nationality, gender, religion, disability, Appearance, etc.

• Obscene expressions, sexual content, or solicitation for the purpose of dating

• Inappropriate solicitation to external SNS, calling apps, external sites, or external Community

• Excessively violent, cruel, or fear-inducing expressions

• Content that encourages or promotes criminal acts or self-harm

• Nuisance behavior such as Chat spamming, Voice Chat trolling, obstructing game progress, or destroying creations

• Illicit activities such as the misuse of illegal Tools, cheats, BOTs, or bugs

• Fraud, RMT (Real Money Trading), buying/selling Account, borrowing/lending Account, or payment fraud

• Impersonating other Player, streamers, the operations team, or Official affiliates

• Inappropriate use of other people's works, Character, brands, or copyrighted materials

• Advertising, promotion, solicitation, or directing users to external payments/transactions

• Obstructing operations through false reports, ban evasion, or harassing the support desk

Responses to Confirmed Violations

If an action or content violates the guidelines, the operations team may take the following measures depending on the situation:

• Caution and Warning

• Delete posts, Comment, Description, etc.

• Make World, Skins, or sold items Private

• Change User Name, World Name, Description, tags, etc.

• Temporary restriction of Chat, Comment, Voice Chat, etc.

• Temporary restriction of World publication, Skins sales, or co-creation

• Confiscate or invalidate illegitimately obtained Reward, Point, profits, etc.

• Temporary suspension of the Account

• Permanent suspension of the Account

• Actions against related Account

For minor violations or actions with little malicious intent, we will encourage improvement through cautions or short-term restrictions.

However, for severe violations such as the misuse of personal information, sexual solicitation, fraud, illegal Tools, Account theft, serious threats, or impersonation of operations or Official staff, we may take strict measures even for a first offense.

Furthermore, if violations are repeated, they will be treated as violations by the same Account—even if the location or content of the violation differs—and may result in stricter penalties.

Important Points to Note

At Teravit, we value creating an environment where younger Player can play with peace of mind.

On the internet, even things you write thinking there are no issues can be seen by strangers and lead to trouble.

Please do not write or ask for the following information in Teravit, whether it is yours or someone else's:

• Real name

• Address

• Phone Number

• Email address

• School name

• Facial photo

• SNS ID

• QR code

• Your living area or frequently visited places

• Information meant for meeting in person

Additionally, if another Player invites you to an external SNS, calling app, or external site, please be careful not to move there carelessly.

If You Find Inappropriate Content

If you encounter inappropriate remarks, posts, World, Skins, or nuisance behavior, please do not retaliate or attack the other person. Instead, let the operations team know using the in-game report function.

The operations team will verify the details and take action based on the guidelines.

Implementation Date and Review

These guidelines will go into effect starting from the date of this Announcement.

These guidelines serve to clearly document the measures we have been taking based on our Terms of Use and operational policies in a way that is easier to understand.

For currently public World, Skins, profiles, Description, User Name, Comment, etc., please verify that they do not contain any content that may violate the guidelines and make corrections if necessary.

Please note that for severe violations—such as the publication of personal information, sexual solicitation, fraud, illicit activities, Account theft, serious threats, or impersonation of operations or Official staff—we may take action as soon as they are confirmed.

For minor or correctable issues, we may primarily respond with measures such as Delete, setting to Private, requesting corrections, or Warning, depending on the situation.

Teravit is a place where anyone can freely shape their ideas and share that joy with other Player.

To protect that freedom, we need an environment where all Player can play safely.

Harming others, causing anxiety, or encouraging dangerous acts undermines the creative and social space of Teravit.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that Teravit can continue to be a place where everyone can play safely, create happily, and share their work.
