After months of steady development on the full version of the game, we can finally share fresh news! Here's what has been happening in the recent weeks:

New Gameplay Level: Evacuation to HQ

We've just completed a new level for the full game that is very different from standard levels in Telegraphist 1920.

In this scenario, you'll be operating equipment while traveling through the countryside as the frontline needs you in the middle of chaos. But fear not, senior telegraphist Feliks will help you out in this situation!

New Visual Effects

Recently, Chris joined our team to help out with all visual effects and shaders!

In the past few weeks he worked on level select and gameplay map effect and locked collectible effect in the Inventory:

Steam Workshop Integration

As you may know, the demo version includes a Level Editor that you can use to create levels. We want to ensure that all levels created there will transfer to the full game without issues.

With that in mind, we've implemented Steam Workshop support in the full game, allowing you to easily share these levels with others.

Our goal for the nearest future is to make the Level Editor as accessible as possible - even letting players create their levels without owning the game.

(We're also working on Steam Achievements, but for now shh...)

Beatmappers and Testers Wanted!

We are now granting early access to the new Level Editor for all players eager to create and experiment before game launch!

We want to hear your feedback to make mapping more accessible and intuitive - and your levels can be played by everyone from day one!

New 3D Cutscenes

As the story script is finally done and localized into 5 languages, we're working on next major story moments with new 3D hand-painted cutscenes.

Recently, Konrad has joined the team as 3D artist and animator and he's producing beautiful sceneries and characters. Wait till you see them move :)

New Demo Update (v. 0.21.1)

A new demo update has just appeared! Get it, quick!

Changelog:

  • Reworked Level List UI to prepare the game for Steam Workshop.

  • Added new map border shader for Level Select and Gameplay.

  • Added new shader for locked collectibles.

  • Fixed input saving/loading bug.

  • Fixed default audio volume before opening Settings.

  • Fixed minigame unable to play on gamepad input.

  • Fixed sound lag issue in cutscenes (need additional testing).

  • Fixed Receiving tutorial displaying -100% accuracy always.

  • Fixed audio synchronization issues on lower-end devices.

  • Fixed gameplay input during pause menu.

  • Removed controller haptics for now.

  • Additional visual fixes to calibration.

  • Steam Deck resolution fixes.

  • Many other minor bug-fixes.
