Update content: Addition of a relay server that can filter out the abnormal requests placing a load on Steam servers
Scheduled update time: June 8, 2026 (Mon)

· 12:00 AM PDT (San Francisco, midnight)

· 4:00 PM KST (Seoul)

· 8:00 AM BST (London)

[Planned Temporary Measures]

As the number of concurrent users continues to rise, server response delays have occurred, leading to reports of delayed box generation and of items or currency disappearing.
To reduce item loss caused by these server response delays, the "Minimum Box Acquisition Request Interval" may be adjusted several times.

(*Due to the urgency of the situation, three adjustments have already been made since our last notice. We had promised to provide advance notice before making such changes, and we sincerely apologize for not keeping that promise.)

(*Our goal is to restore the "Minimum Box Acquisition Request Interval" to its launch-day level once the update is complete.)

All of us on the development team are doing our utmost to bring the game back to normal, though we are painfully aware that the pace and quality of our response have not been satisfactory.

We will work to deploy the update as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy the game normally again.
