As mentioned in our previous notice, due to an outage of the Steam platform servers, opening chests and the Cube are currently not working properly.

We have requested confirmation from Steam through every available channel to restore service as quickly as possible, and we will provide further guidance as soon as we receive a response.

Until the issue is resolved, we have carried out an emergency update that restricts some features in order to minimize losses for our players.

We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to install this update.

As soon as the servers are back to normal, we will immediately roll out an update that lifts these feature restrictions.

The features restricted by the 1.00.05 update and the bug fixes are as follows.

TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED FEATURES

Cube — Alchemy, Crafting, Decoration, Engraving, Inscription, Offering

BUG FIXES

  • An issue where the Priest's Blessing of Warding effect was not applied.

  • An issue where the Slayer's Commander's Cry effect stacked infinitely.

In addition, we are preparing a compensation plan that will be carried out once the servers are back to normal.

We will announce the specific compensation plan again after the technical review is complete.
