addedWe are currently expecting the release in about a week, assuming everything goes smoothly on Steam’s side. The update was slightly delayed because one of our team members, whose legal entity was associated with the project, recently relocated to another country. As a result, we had to transfer the project to a new legal entity and spent the last few weeks dealing with administrative and legal procedures. Thankfully, everything is now sorted out, and we’re just waiting for the transfer process to be finalized.
changedAs a reminder, Chapter 2 will also include several improvements based on your feedback:
changedReduced censorship in certain scenes (many of you told us the previous approach affected the atmosphere of the story)
changedAn updated Adrian sprite to better match the overall visual style of the cast and create a more consistent character presentation
addedWe’d also like to remind new players about our original release plan. Since Tales of Klodan is being expanded through major content updates, the price for new buyers will increase slightly after each chapter release. Existing owners, however, will receive all future chapters at no additional cost.
changedThat said, don’t worry if you miss the price adjustment — we plan to participate in future Steam sales, so there will still be opportunities to get the game at a discount.
