v0.2: TURN BASED ON SOLO MODE NOW

Hi guys! Here's the new update: Turn-based mode(YA/HIS TURN) is now enabled in Multiplayer mode. (Currently, turn-based is not applied in Solo mode to keep the gameplay more chaotic.
