Update 0.2a - Leaderboard, achievements and more!

Added

• Global Steam leaderboard for Time Attack scores. The leaderboard is not actually visible in game yet, but is accessible in the Steam VR overlay under Achievements -> Leaderboards (and also in the Steam client). We ran into some issues trying to integrate the leaderboard in game, so we thought this was a good temporary solution.

• 13 new Steam Achievements.

• Secondary controller added. Both controllers now work in the game.

Changed/fixed

• We polished the dragon's movements. They now feel slightly smoother.

• Increased the threshold so the lanterns don't spawn as close to the HMD.

• A couple of other minor fixes.
