Skill Tree Update - removes 6 choices of trees to a fresh, hex-lattice structure - Skills or pieces are all derived from the same consistent pool - randomized via a seed - Stick to a single branch for stronger spells and to upgrade tiers
Gauntlet Overhaul - restructure a single run time from 8 hours to around 2 hours - Commanders (companions) an enemy you defeat can bring a free spell to a future run - 1 enemy per floor - 1 floor per tower - fight a boss for a strong artifact or open the chest
Stronger AI - Significant reduction on RNG factor of move determinations - 5 engine levels - down from 20
Better Onboarding - tutorial mode a more significant walkthrough of a game with spells - information screens for dashboard and gauntlet with explanations
