"The Airfield" Update - v0.2.5

This time we have a new map! Update 0.2.5 brings the Airfield map, a desert-themed map surrounded by dust storms and twisters. The Airfield is much more of a flat-ground area focused on speed and quick turns.

General

  • Vandetta is now a purchasable item

  • Cleaned up map select UI

  • Added WIP Airfield map

Gameplay

  • Grind difficulty based on velocity

  • Boost is easier to control in mid-air

  • Stabilized physics when colliding

  • Strafe jumping removed

  • Changed pitch of engine at high RPM

Performance

  • Particle LODs optimized at far distances

Bug Fixes

  • Grind score no longer displays as "0"

Known Bugs

  • Loading screen movies not working on Mac
