Bug Fixes
Fixed issue where splitscreen players could trigger music display
Fixed last song played from carrying over into memory for next map
Cash calculation in multiplayer now takes multiplied cash into account for rank
Fixed issue where main menu would load twice in multiplayer
Improved volume control detection on continuous sounds
Landing on roof now properly deletes current stunt
Fixed bug where jump is disabled when stuck on geometry and double jumping
