addedToday is launch day and I'm feeling a whole new cocktail of emotions : joy, relief, tiredness, pride and a healthy dose of anxiety. There's probably many things that could have been improved, and some definitely will in future patches along with additional content, but the game is done and I'm frankly happy with it.
addedMost of all, I'm now joining the club of "18+ devs who managed to complete a game", which is a feat in and by itself. Tabletops & Bottoms was designed a little more than one year ago, with a small scope in mind.
addedWhile Pululon works on same-sex scenes to be added in a later (free) update, I have another ambitious, ongoing game I can now go back to. But what I'd truly want is for Tabletops & Bottoms to become a franchise of sorts.
changedSecond, I want to see other characters, classes, environments and settings I can come up with. Pululon is an awesome character designer, and both Michelle and Elz have brought a lot with their items and event arts.
changedThird, and I realize this might be a tad more controversial, but I'm conscious I played it very safe with this first game. This is a game about Tops & Bottoms that only has (for now) straight content, and I definitely want to improve this part. If this does become a series spanning several games, I'd also love to have more diversity in skin colors and body shapes.

So what now, aside from hoping for the game's success?

While Pululon works on same-sex scenes to be added in a later (free) update, I have another ambitious, ongoing game I can now go back to. But what I'd truly want is for Tabletops & Bottoms to become a franchise of sorts.

First, I know there's a lot more I can do with the game's mechanics, and building on top of the code I currently have should work well.

Second, I want to see other characters, classes, environments and settings I can come up with. Pululon is an awesome character designer, and both Michelle and Elz have brought a lot with their items and event arts.

Third, and I realize this might be a tad more controversial, but I'm conscious I played it very safe with this first game. Anyhow I'm just rambling now. Hope you enjoy the game! If you did (or didn't), feel free to leave a review. I'll probably be back soon for a bugfix or two, so see you soon!
