T.A.R.S changes
Here it is, the 10th update bringing us to version 1.1.0 and hopefully a much better gaming experience for you all.
- Surface based sound effects implemented, so whether Grass/Stone/Gravel/Sand or a mixture of them all, you will now have accurate traversal sounds which are synced to your characters feet for movement, jumping and impacting the ground from heights.
- New "Adrenaline Rush" collectable powerup added to help with extensive map traversal.
- Bullet sound/impact effect will now change based on what you are shooting (Example, shoot a rock, it will spark and change pitch)
- Various environmental decals added (Example, while moving through sand you will now kick up sand/dust under your feet and leave footprints behind)
- Enemy impact effects improved, so you can now clearly see when you are hitting your target.
- Enemy height navigation updated to fix terrain clipping bug.
- Tutorial updated.
- Asset Pre-loading updated to give you a smoother experience.
This covers most of the important changes, but there has been some other minor tweaks to improve the game. As previously mentioned, the game does default to low graphical settings, so to see the game at its best you will need to change these yourself.
