Syncblade changes
First of all, thank you all for the incredible support. Watching the community grow this fast has honestly been amazing. We’ve now passed 20,000 wishlists, our Discord server has grown to more than 1,600 members, and the Steam community keeps getting bigger every day.
Syncblade is entering a more concrete stage of development, and we want to share some important updates about the project.
PLAYTEST IS ABOUT TO BEGIN
The official playtest is about to start.
We are currently waiting for Steam approval of the build. Once we get the green light, expected within a few days, invitations will begin rolling out gradually via Discord. If you’re interested and haven’t joined yet, now is the right time.
Access will not be immediate for everyone, but waves will continue until all interested players are included. All updates and instructions will be shared on the official Discord.
UPDATED ROADMAP
Private playtests (starting soon and continuing through at least the end of June) Structured in progressive waves with a growing number of testers. Access will be granted gradually based on feedback, eventually expanding to everyone on the Discord server.
Free public beta (Summer 2026) Open to everyone. Timing depends on the results of the second playtest phase.
Additional testing sessions Focused sessions to test specific features and mechanics. These will be organized via Discord and open to both new and returning testers.
Possible early public demo Still under evaluation depending on beta progress.
Official demo (October 2026) A polished version planned for Steam Next Fest.
Game release (Winter 2026) Likely Early Access. Core gameplay will already be fully playable, with ongoing updates and improvements driven by community feedback.
COMMUNITY COLLABORATIONS
Syncblade is built as a community-driven project, and we’re developing a full ecosystem around collaboration between musicians, chart creators, and players.
We aim to support original music and collaborations between independent creators.
Creators will be able to submit tracks, charts, and collaborative works between musicians and mappers through Discord. Selected content will appear in a dedicated in-game community section, separate from the official soundtrack.
Selection will be based on internal review, community feedback, votes, contests, and special events.
This is just the beginning of a larger system that will keep evolving over time. More details will follow through Discord.
Thank you again for all the support. 🎵
