Swords And Magic: Path Of Conquest changes
After a major overhaul of the starting area, it's finally here! This is also the prerequisite version for the next major update. I've adopted new rendering effects, optimized the game data architecture, improved overall performance, and increased future scalability. Of course, content is still lacking and there's plenty of room for improvement! Thank you so much for your patience and support! I'll keep bringing you more interesting content and gameplay!
Here are the update details:
[NEW CONTENT]
[Brand New Starting Zone] Completely overhauled the starting area with the latest rendering effects, added progressively difficulty-scaled monsters to help with leveling. Dungeon locations have been moved to prepare for future content additions.
[Wild Monsters] More wild monsters added!
[Auto-Save on Dungeon Exit] The game will auto-save when you exit a dungeon, preventing item loss due to memory crashes!
[Position Reset] When a version update includes terrain changes, your party will be teleported back to the starting position to avoid getting stuck!
[Resource Nodes] Overhauled the resource gathering effects and reorganized their layout!
[Guide Quests] New guide quest line added!
[Info Bar] Collected items will now appear in the info bar notifications!
[Footstep Sounds] Added footstep sounds for characters (including legless characters who also received movement sound effects)

[OPTIMIZATION & ADJUSTMENTS]
[Spell Resistance] Reduced overly high spell resistance on some equipment. The spell resistance effect cap is now 90%.
[Text Updates] Skill resource costs in combat now display correctly. Also improved some text descriptions.
[Combat Optimization] Increased the combat pace for characters, lowered the priority of basic attacks so characters use skills more frequently (when conditions allow).
[Tooltip] Fixed an issue where tooltips would go out of bounds.
[Memory Optimization] Better memory utilization, increased recycling rate, reduced peak crash occurrences.
[Info Bar Optimization] New information will now appear at the top!
[Transparency Optimization] Improved when the see-through effect triggers. Should feel much smoother now.
[Monster Difficulty] Buffed most monsters and fixed some unreasonable stats (e.g., shield-bearing goblins had the same block value as wolves). Slightly increased dungeon difficulty for 12-player and 24-player parties; 6-player remains unchanged.
[Tome of Talents] Tome of Talents now drops from bosses.

Fixed [Necromancer casting Chaos Arrow without mana cost]
Fixed [Some trait effects not triggering accurately]
