Added “Grand Master Class” to BoB Simulation

• Unable to play the quest without installation of DLC1 which includes BoB simulation.

• Rank 11 weapons drop (The DLC's original ones do not drop)

• Weapons which would be more Epic drop

• Preliminaries participants is 8 includes players.

• Finals participants is 16 includes players ←would decrease if its processing load is hard

• Shiki and Lievre join the quest

"Release weapons potential ability" has been added to Lisbeth's Workshop

Enable to make the weapons individual power value limit strong from by 5% to by 10 % voluntarily, which is required both new item "Release potential ability IC" and credit.

Online battle hero adjustments

Several bugs fixed
