Swish Ball Clicker changes
Version 1.1.0 release notes:
This update introduces one of the biggest changes to the game yet: two completely different ways to experience Swish Ball Clicker! Alongside that, Steam Achievements have finally arrived, plus plenty of gameplay improvements, balancing, and bug fixes.
New: Desktop Companion Mode
Want a relaxing idle experience?
Desktop Companion Mode is designed to stay open while you work, study, browse the web, or watch videos. Progress is intentionally slower, turning Swish Ball Clicker into a true desktop companion that unfolds over multiple days.
The current mode: A Few Hours of Fun Mode
Prefer a faster experience?
A Few Hours of Fun Mode is designed for active play. Progress is significantly faster, letting you unlock upgrades, build your dream team, and experience everything the game has to offer in just a few hours.
Both modes have their own progression and are balanced for completely different play styles.
Steam Achievements Are Here!
Swish Ball Clicker now supports Steam Achievements!
Your previous achievements in the game will be recorded in Steam when you play the game next time with updated version.
Whether you're aiming for 100% completion or simply enjoying the journey, there are plenty of achievements to unlock along the way.
Separate Leaderboards
To keep competition fair, Leaderboards and Steam Achievements are tracked separately for each game mode.
Desktop Companion players compete with other Desktop Companion players, while A Few Hours of Fun players compete with others using the same mode.
Visual Improvements
The game received several visual polish updates, including:
Basketballs now squash when clicked.
Increased Black Hole visual size.
Increased Click of Champions effect size.
Various additional visual improvements throughout the game.
Tournament Improvements
Several tournament systems have been refined:
Exit tournament option if no chance of winning.
Added a Special Event icon to applicable tournaments.
Adjusted team sizes across tournaments.
Increased player upgrade costs to create more balanced player levels throughout tournament progression.
Still looking into balancing tournament to make them more fun.
Bug Fixes
As always, this update includes a few bug fixes, stability improvements, and general polish to make the overall experience smoother.
Thank you to everyone who has been playing, sharing feedback, and helping shape Swish Ball Clicker. I hope you enjoy the new game modes, and good luck climbing the leaderboards!
