Changes, Fixes and some additions

Furnace, Campfire and Millstone now have a visable crafting list instead of auto crafting depending on resources in it's inventories.

Your character can now "Punch" and make low damage to trees and stone nodes.

Increased the size of collectable stones on the ground to twice as big.

Added a hand held Torch.

Dummy recipie fixed.

Windowsbars and doors added for each Tier.

Some recipes changed.

Fixed keybinding for Inventory and Character Info Panel.
