⚙️ Tournament Format
1️⃣ Group Stage
Grouping: 10 participants will be randomly divided into Group A and Group B, with 5 players each.
Match Format: One match per group.
Advancement: The top 2 players from each group will advance to the Final Round, for a total of 4 finalists.
2️⃣ Final Round

4 finalists from the group stage.
Format
A single match to determine the Champion and Runner-up .
3️⃣ Consolation Fun Challenge
Participants
The 6 players who did not advance to the finals.
Format
A single match to determine the “Consolation Champion.”
Challenge Type: 🎯 Special themed challenges (announced by the organizer on the day of the event)
Example Challenges:
“Who can build the most dining facilities?”
“Who can pay their 5th tax the fastest?”
“Who can create the weirdest facility combination?”
Winning Condition: The participant who best completes the assigned challenge goal wins.

🧩 Competition Rules Summary
If a match is interrupted due to technical issues, the organizer reserves the right to decide on a rematch.
The use of any external tools, mods, or memory-editing software is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified.
The tournament uses single-player versions; the organizer may review VODs as needed.
Any disputes must be reported immediately to the referee and organizer.
All final decisions will be made by the organizer after review.
Participants must maintain good sportsmanship and uphold a positive image of the VTuber community.
📦 Prize Distribution & Data Protection
Postal gift vouchers will be delivered or electronically sent within 7 business days after results are announced.
Taiwan-based participants may choose mail delivery or digital code.
Overseas VTubers may appoint a representative in Taiwan to receive the prize.
Participants under 18 years old must provide a parental consent form and have their guardian receive the prize.
If prizes are collected by proxy, a letter of authorization and copies of both parties’ IDs are required.
The organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan, used solely for administrative purposes.

The organizer reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the event.
All legal matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
