Hello everyone! It has been a while, hasn't it? This has been the hardest update to pull off so far. Hopefully, everything's easier from here! This update lands the foundations for online play.

You can play LAN based races from 2 to 8 players, and with some tinkering, use that to play over internet. There's also a few new quality of life improvements, and some bug squashing. Without more ado, here's the patch notes:

  • Added the first version of online multiplayer

  • LAN races are now supported

  • IP of the race host is auto-detected when joining a game

  • Added weapon icons to character selection screen

  • New splash screen that should fix the restart bug

  • Added track preview music

Next update will bring at least a new character and track, plus a feature that's been sorely missing until now: Minimaps! Thank you and don't forget to share any bug you find in the forums so I can fix them for you. Have fun!
