Superior: Vengeance changes
Fixes/improvements to reduce enemies teleporting directly on top of players
Fix for enemies sometimes making the return trip to the bar between encounters
Rework ghost dash physics, now much better at dashing through small barriers/obstacles and no longer gets stuck on cover objects
Add a "ghost leech" passive that adds recovery when ghost dashing through enemies
A rare loot barrel event has been added
Added support for "-skipintro" commandline argument to always skip the intro cinematic on startup
