[*Fixed: Baserunner trait activations can cause the game to crash in some cases when an intentional walk is triggered before the activation animations complete.

In local head-to-head games with pitch selections hidden, pitch selection feedback is now given on first selection even when the selection duplicates the default selected pitch.
