addedAdded option for windowed mode -Added missing end scene (if you have already completed all the special levels it will show after completing any other level). -Fixed issue with speedrunner achievement not appearing until the level after you achieve it. -Added option for quick restart, disabled by default as there is a chance it could be hit by mistake.. default buttons are 'R' and right bumper.
