This provides some counterplay to the Negabeam. -Phase 2: Added a new boss item, Chronofragments. Collecting Chronofragments increases the timer of Negabeam.
addedScythe: -DEV NOTE: Extremely high scythe speeds were leading to unstable behavior, with balls flying instantly out of bounds. The old holofoil effect where spin speed increased with consumables eaten caused this to happen often. This new holofoil effect is more fun, anyway. -Holofoil scythe new effect: Spin center tracks the cursor position
addedAdded a check to make sure balls can't stop in invalid positions (inside colliders or off screen). If a ball is in a position like this when the timer runs out, your launcher will stay in its current position rather than moving to the invalid position.
addedTimeout duration reduced from 15s -> 12s. Added a small countdown timer over the launcher to display when timeout for that shot will occur.

Golf MiniGame:
-Shot direction is now forward (drag your mouse in the direction you want to shoot). The backward drag was a bit nicer from an aesthetic perspective, but there were situations near the edge of the screen where you wouldn't be able to apply full power to shots.
