fixedChoppiness/Slowness addressed - removed a FPS limiter that I suspect was the source for the slowdown
changedUpdated the tutorial - so that you don't get soft locked when trying to learn how to "BLOCK"
removedUpdated audio controls - Should no longer be 'NaN' or reset between screens/scenes
