Greetings from the shores of Blackreef,

Our first major update, Gülcemal, is now live!

The Gülcemal ship holds an important place in Turkish maritime history. We did our best to reflect this significance while staying faithful to its real history, all while adapting it to fit the fictional universe we’ve created.

Gameplay

Gülcemal offers a gameplay experience that differs from the rest of the game. On this ship, you won’t be performing cleaning or repair tasks.

During their voyage, the Gülcemal and its crew encounter a series of unfortunate events that leave them stranded off the coast of the town of Blackreef. Unexplainable phenomena begin to occur aboard the ship. Rooms and cabins shift places. Doors become mixed and misleading. No one can find their way through Gülcemal anymore. As you try to navigate through these ever changing rooms, you must also avoid the creatures that have infested the ship.

Collectible Items

Inside the Gülcemal, you’ll find various items essential for progressing forward: keys, Turkish Lira, and more. These can be discovered throughout the ship’s rooms. Some belongings left behind by passengers may be valuable. You can collect these items and either sell them in your shop or trade them with the right people in exchange for Turkish Lira.

Rooms

You must find your way through the many different rooms aboard the Gülcemal. Some rooms may be cabins, while others are corridors. Each room has its own story, and each one offers something different to the player.

Story

Gülcemal is a key component of the game’s main narrative. What you experience aboard this ship will influence the course of the main story and mark the beginning of a new story chapter.

Extra

With this update, we have also added Level 4 upgrades for the tools in the game. In addition, we fixed existing issues and addressed bugs reported by the community.

With the Gülcemal Update, our game is now 50% off.

This will be the last discount for a long time a great time to jump in.

Once again, thank you for all the support you’ve shown us so far. We’ll continue working to make Sunken Engine even better. We hope you enjoy the Gülcemal update. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out to us through the Discussions section or on Discord.

Have fun
