Performance

(Previously it was relative to your surroundings). - "Mob pushing" has now been disabled. - Minor bug fixes. Issues that had not been touched upon and are to come in the next patch: - Better cursor visibility. - Unlocked Lore Books will be available in main menu. - Per save settings will be swapped with global settings.
