Patch Notes 0.15.6

Fixed bulk ammo box “purchase all” using the wrong price. Fixed Poltergeist wallhacking. Oily enemies take 3x damage from fire. Wet enemies take 3x damage from electricity. Careful Oil spread is now -0.7 (Was -0.6).
