changedMovement/AnimationA small experiment was done in the last update which is now vastly expanded, where some kink and sex scenes receive visual effects that imitate movement to make the scenes much more immersive. Some will love the result, other will be underwhelmed by it, as it falls short of having video. This is a deliberate choice because it keeps the game size on the hard drive low, and also since the animations are effects, and not movies, the VN engine handles them more naturally and the player can easily skip them or go back a step to rewatch the movement. Such effects have been implemented for most but not all sex and kink scenes.

Dead end route is now just dead and all early choices lead to the same result. It made sense as a player choice but was conflicting with the core premise of the game that the heroine's destiny is pre-determined
Epilogue on the secondary route now explicity tells the player how to get to the main one, while the epilogue on the main route got properly separated into a sex scene and a short non-sexy epilogue wrapping things up
Bottom line
If you've already played the game don't expect expanded story or gameplay. This is still a short BDSM-focused VN focusing on a single heroine and not much else. But do try a new playthrough if you want to experience the same story with even more and better visuals.
