[Known Issues]

  • (Investigating) In rare cases, weapons may not appear after entering a match. If this occurs, switching to a different loadout from the Loadout menu in the lobby should resolve the issue.

  • (Investigating) We've identified an issue where the screen appears black when launching the game, and we are currently investigating the cause.

  • (Investigating) If your ping appears abnormally high, leaving that match and joining a different one should resolve the issue.

  • (Resolved) Matchmaking was not working properly in the North America region.

  • (Resolved) There was a brief matchmaking issue on the South America server, but it was resolved immediately after confirmation.

  1. Frame rate drops when using a certain G-SYNC option

The frame rate drops when using the "Enable for windowed and full screen mode" G-SYNC option.

→ Workaround: Turn off G-SYNC or enable it only for fullscreen mode. Please follow the steps below to adjust your settings.

NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL

  • Right-click on the desktop → Select NVIDIA Control Panel (or search for "NVIDIA Control Panel" in the Windows search box and open it)

  • In the left-hand menu, click "Display" → "Set up G-SYNC"

  • To disable G-SYNC, uncheck the "Enable G-SYNC, G-SYNC Compatible" option

  • To enable it only in fullscreen mode, check the "Enable for full screen mode" option

  • Click "Apply" in the bottom-right corner

NVIDIA APP

  • Open the NVIDIA app

  • Click "System" in the left-hand menu → "Displays" tab at the top

  • Click the edit (pencil) icon next to "G-SYNC" in "Global Settings"

  • In the "G-SYNC Settings" pop-up:

  • Select "Off" to disable G-SYNC

  • Select "On," then click "Full screen" to enable it only for fullscreen mode.

  • Click "APPLY" in the bottom-right corner

  1. Unable to accept the Terms of Service

In Borderless Window mode (the default display mode on first launch), the Accept button in the Terms of Service cannot be clicked if the monitor resolution differs from the game resolution.

→ Workaround: Verify the integrity of game files on Steam.
