His iconic Outfit 2, featuring his signature green overalls and red bandana from Street Fighter III, is also available now—don’t miss it! Steam post image- You can also unlock his Outfit 2 by meeting certain conditions in World Tour. - If you own the Year 3 Character Pass or Year 3 Ultimate Pass, Alex will be automatically added to your game upon release. - You can also purchase him individually using Fighter Coins in-game.
