Map-Campaign
significant overhaul of reinforcement code, roll for reinforcement in off-season if armies have any losses or have less than full number of armies, and rolls are somewhat more generous, and fixed generation of new armies to have right number of generals, and list names of new reinforcements added
added portraits of allied support armies to city info hover to see what kind of support a settlement can provide
various minor text fixes to map campaign
revised some modifiers to siege and marching
- various improvements to map campaign AImore intelligently pursue sieges, better use of fleet actions, doesn't diplomacy as much especially late game, chooses better army placement, fixed some bugs with stuck in can't march loop
fixes to hovering armies tooltip not always display well during AI turn
fixed bug with pious trait reroll on routed unit roll for destroy
changed sieges so one unit of besieged army lost per turn of siege actions done against it, but army no longer destroyed on successful siege roll, instead force battle on successful siege action
fix button selection blocking on AI turn not always turning on and reinforcement roll button not turning off on AI turn
updated rules text and roll modifier windows with new information and rules changes

rearranged main menu settings and tooltips for added options
option for disabling bark sounds
option for disabling hover button sounds
option for enabling sandbox/debug unit selection mode
AI
small edits to reserve deployment spacing at very large army sizes
