removedFull-screening will no longer stop functioning sometimes on start-ups.

removedThe backboard in the pause menu no longer desyncs when on any map other than Exchange Bureau.

fixedFixed rare cases of certain events not happening.

Turrets now spin at the correct speed on all framerates.
