Stellar Hustler changes
Changed
New station artwork. Every station now uses a new, much sharper icon, drawn at more than five times the old size. The colours tell you where you are at a glance: teal for Core stations, amber for the Fringe, red for Dark Space.
The end-of-run screens now scroll. Your final log, the seed code and the buttons all fit on one screen at any text size, and you can scroll if there is more than the window holds.
One button per row on the end screens. Try Again, Retry Seed and Main Menu each get their own full-width row, so they line up the same way in every language and at every text size.
Settings tabs fit the language. The category tabs across the top of Settings now size themselves to the longest name in your language, so they all stay the same width as each other without any name spilling out.
The version number moved. In Settings, under About, the version now sits under the Open-Source Licences button instead of above it.
Fixed
Controllers and keyboards work again on Steam. In the 0.9.10 Steam build neither a gamepad nor a keyboard did anything at all. Both are back, and a controller problem can no longer take the keyboard with it.
Right stick scrolling no longer stops. Scrolling a long list with the right stick worked until you touched the d-pad or the left stick, and then did nothing for the rest of the session. It now keeps working however you move around.
The end-of-run screens no longer pile up at large text sizes. At the biggest text settings the final-log rows drew on top of each other with their labels cut away to nothing, and the buttons overlapped. Rows now stack their label above the value and everything stays readable.
Up and down work properly on the end screens. Pressing Up from Try Again jumped all the way to the bottom button. The buttons now step in the order you see them, and pressing past either end stays put instead of wrapping round.
Focus outlines are whole again. Moving along a row of tabs or cards with a controller left the highlighted one with part of its glow missing, and the top edge was always missing on Hub tabs, Settings tabs and New Game cards. Every focused item now gets its full outline.
The Ships screen opens cleanly. The demo notice appeared on its own in an empty frame while the window was still opening. It now arrives with the rest of the screen.
