The launch of our Steam page is a huge event for our team. We've been working on the project for some time and are excited to be at this point. That being said we still have a lot of work ahead. The following lists are a list for our main priorities for the next few months. This list isn't comprehensive and we will be diving into each point further as we progress. We hope to also make a beta available to our supporters and Discord community.
Features
The reintroduction and refinement of the Ghost Town, Maintenance Tunnels, and Abyssal Labs
Bosses reworked for new combat system. First boss is being reworked mechanically as well
Post-run content including energy management and end game currency
Expanded hub to include a variety of characters, shops, quests, etc...
New lighting system implementation. Help add some atmosphere
Footstep sfx system
Art
Edge tiles for Mineshaft levels to make everything less square
Indoor tiles with furniture in various states of disrepair
Environmental flavor tiles for current and upcoming levels. Things such as minecarts, tracks, pipes, ruins, production equipment, etc...
Additional hub tiles for floors, roofs, streets, etc...
