Steam & Steel Railway Tycoon changes
Dear Steam & Steel community,
First of all, we want to sincerely thank you for your support since launch. We also want to offer our sincere apologies for the amount of untranslated text in the initial release. We understand this negatively impacted the experience for many of you, especially players using languages other than English.
This first update
With this first official update, we’re taking a big step toward the experience we always wanted to deliver. We remain committed to improving the game day by day, and this patch addresses several of the most urgent issues reported by the community.

🌍 Translation System
✅ Fixed almost all translations across the 9 supported languages
✅ Fully translated: Upgrade Shop, Tariff Panel, Train Panels, and many more
✅ Removed mixed text (Japanese/Spanish/English) in the UI
⚠️ Note: We’re still working to reach 100% translation in the coming days
🚃 Train Upgrade System
✅ Completely redesigned: upgrades are now done per wagon
✅ Improved visual clarity and feedback
✅ More intuitive experience when upgrading your fleet
🪟 Windowed Mode
✅ Fixed display issues in windowed mode
✅ Better compatibility with multiple monitors

✅ Optimized audio system
✅ Better volume balancing
✅ Fixed playback bugs
