STATION Windows Fixes

I don't exactly have all the beta testers on one group chat so I'm putting this here. TLDR: If you use Windows and have had issues running STATION before, try it again.

So if you're one of those people, update and try it again, and if it still doesn't work then let me know! Also, even if it did work before, I've added and changed a lot of things, so you won't be bored if you give it another play for the fun of it!
