changedScenario Editor UI overhaul and changes to party popularity. It aggregates from coalitions automatically and you have to now edit the secondary regions to get the party popularity so that the maps are correct and things work properly however the UI has been overhauled to make creating scenarios way easier.
fixed5% freeze where custom parties weren't creating ideology ids. This has been fixed. All parties now have ideology ids but also added defensive checks to prevent crashes. I would recommend if you are having issues with custom parties to create a new one and do some testing to see if the 5% freeze and 51% freeze has been fixed. I have not been able to replicate this bug on my end which I find to be utterly bizarre.
changedMaking sure if you don't change the budget it doesn't say it increased by the total amount of the department.
