We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the game force-closing during the Observation Report retrieval process. To address this issue for Captains who were unable to proceed normally, we have taken the following measures.

■ Measures Taken Re-issuance of Affected Items via Mail Claim Deadline: June 30, 14:59 UTC Mail Retention Period: 14 days from the date first opened the mailbox The items subject to retrieval have been temporarily re-issued via mail to prevent the force-close from occurring. After claiming the items from your mailbox, the game may close once more, but will no longer do so after that. ■ Changes to the Retrieval Method Starting after maintenance concludes, the affected items will be retrieved sequentially with each login, rather than all at once.
