Stars Die 1.2.1 Update

Here's the patch notes for the 1.2.1 update, mostly bug fixes and a few minor tweaks.

• Fixed bug where Miyazawa could get stuck during chapter 5

• Fixed bug where under specific circumstances Ngugi's last conversation wouldn't start

• Fixed some missing collisions during Miyazawa chapter 5

• Fixed missing animation during Miyazawa chapter 5 if triggered by time

• Fixed bug where Eldridge chapter 5 wouldn't be available if any other character was in chapter 6

• Minor story adjustments to secret storyline chapter 2

• Various improvements to fullscreen settings

• It should now be harder for the player to get stuck in geometry

• Added option to invert Mouse Y during the main game

• Updated ending credits
