MORE Cards & Factions!

We're continuing development on Starless Abyss, and with the arrival of our last faction The Expeditionaires, now seems like a great to time to round out our cards and factions!

Everyone knows good damage takes time, and The Dominion is no stranger to waiting out the enemy. Using radioactive weaponry and noxious clouds to cover the battlefield, they are the masters of damage over time. Not content with simply poisoning the battlefields, the Dominion also looks to serve itself, shielding and using those shields where possible.

If you're a fan of running your ships hot, you'll want to search out the Industrials. Controlling ship heat is paramount to them, and making ship heat and shields into weapons against their enemies makes them a deadly foe. Perfect for concentrated fire and ship management enthusiasts, the Industrials are the perfect way to incinerate horrors across space.

Looking for all out aggression? The Vanguard Reavers have the cards for you. Pushing offensive strategy to its limits, this faction looks to attack, push and displace your enemies. If you've no regard for shields or self-preservation, this is the perfect faction to look for on your journeys. Just beware, Proxima, their attacks are reckless, and may make dust of you as well!

Alternatively, if you prefer to sit slightly further behind the font lines and observe closely, the Expeditionaries might be more your speed. With long-range lasers and drones, these intrepid explorers cannot be touched!

That rounds out al our factions! You'll need to keep your Proxima in mind but... Who are you aiming to find across the vast emptiness of space?
