Special Event: Undiscovered

Return to 2409 and ensure that history unfolds exactly as intended. Federation rejectionist Ambassador B'vat must be stopped -- it's only a matter of time before him and his allies enact a most nefarious plan. Are you ready to put an end to their machinations once and for all to protect the integrity of the timeline? The galaxy is counting on all versions of you -- past, present, and future.

The “Undiscovered” event will include the 2 fresh new pieces of content: The all-new episode “Episode: The Kuvah'Magh” and Deep Space Encounters! It will also include 2 returning activities: The “Battle at Binary Stars (Space)”, and the “Defense of Starbase One (Space)” TFO. Players can choose to play any of these TFOs to gain Daily Progress towards the grand prize.

Participating in this Event will give all players the opportunity to earn the K'vort Temporal Flight Deck Raptor, a large bird-of-prey with an exciting new experimental weapon!

Special Event: Undiscovered - Activity Details

The following new activities will be participating in this Event:

NEW! Episode: The Kuvah'Magh A Federation-led ceasefire deal has been proposed to the Klingon High Council, but Ambassador B'vat and the Empire are not quick to forget Starfleet's initial dismissal of the Undine threat. Join Lieutenant Miral Paris and the Doctor in securing support for President Okeg's peace proposal, while navigating controversies surrounding Paris' status as the prophesied Kuvah'magh.

NEW! Deep Space Encounters Explore and defend Sector Space like never before in our brand new, randomized Deep Space Encounters! Starfleet Captains will have the pleasure of teaming up with Rear Admiral Felicia Harrington to secure the galaxy and uphold the Federation's principles. Klingon Defense Force Commanders receive their briefs from Brigadier General Antessa, a Ferasan who is eager to thwart enemies and obstacles, for the Empire! Qapla'!

The following existing activities will be participating in this Event:

Battle at Binary Stars - Space TFO To best understand the combat tactics of 23rd century Klingons, the Federation and Klingon Empire have worked together to build a simulation of the Battle at the Binary Stars, based on field reports and data taken from that conflict.

Defense of Starbase One - Space TFO The Klingons very nearly overran the Federation in the 2250s. Simulate the defense of Starbase One from attacking Klingon fleets in this pivotal historical battle.

Special Event: Undiscovered - Rewards

Accruing a total of 20 Days’ worth of Daily Progress will allow you to claim the Grand Prize of the Undiscovered Event. This reward includes all the following:

• K'vort Temporal Flight Deck Raptor [T6] (Account Wide Reward)

  • Once earned, every character on your account will be able to claim this unique Ship. Complete details on this Ship’s capabilities are included in the ship’s blog.

Other characters on your account may visit the “Reclaim Rewards” store interface to commission their own K'vort once you have collected this on any character.

• 30,000 Dilithium Ore (Single Character Reward) - Issued immediately for use as you see fit!

(Note: The Dilithium Ore is only rewarded once, to the first character on your account that claims the Grand Prize.)

After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day that you continue participating in the content associated with Undiscovered. Each day you earn the Daily Progress you will be automatically granted a bundle of Dilithium Ore.

This bonus reward will begin at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion, then scales up with each subsequent bonus completion that you achieve. The more you play, the more you continue to earn!

Zen Buyout Option

For players interested in instantly completing the Undiscovered Special Event – whether that is due to worries over finding the play time to complete it, or simply wanting to move immediately into earning Bonus Rewards – we will be offering a method for buying out.

Within the Event UI, an option will be presented that allows you to purchase the remaining progress you need, for a scaling amount of Zen. The base price for this service will be 6000 Zen, but every single Daily Progress you earn will reduce that price on a percentage basis. Thus, if you have already earned 5 Daily Progress (a fourth of the 20 required), this price will be reduced to 4500 Zen. The more you play, the cheaper the Buyout Option becomes, dynamically!
